If you have received the package and still want to exchange it for another variant. Then you can contact our customer service for the return form. If your product meets our conditions, the new item will be sent.

Return conditions

  • Returns are possible within 30 days.
  • The packaging must not be damaged and must be delivered in its original condition.
  • Products must be in original condition and must be provided with tags and labels.
  • The goods to be returned contain no traces of use.

Please pay attention! If the returned goods do not meet these conditions, we cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the goods have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Always make sure that your parcel has a Track & Trace code. Without proof of delivery with a Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be refunded. Sending your return by letterbox where you do not receive a Track & Trace code is at your own risk.

As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

After receiving your return you will receive a confirmation email from us. Within a few days after processing your return, you will receive the purchase amount back in your account! If you have not received a reply within a week of sending your returned item, please contact us via info@happyterry.comΒ and quote your order number.

Unclaimed packages

If you choose not to collect your parcel, the delivery will be registered as "Unclaimed parcel" which means that we reserve the right and will then charge the costs of handling and shipping (return freight and administration). The cost varies depending on the product. Your consignment will remain at your service point for 14 days before being returned to us.
